    There is little information on the 5770. But like the above post said, since they are the same generation the 5830 should be better.

    If the Mobility HD 5770 is paired with GDDR5 it will be faster (most noticeable at higher resolutions and detail), else with GDDR3, it will be slower. It has 400 SP as opposed to the Mobility HD 5830's 800, a slightly higher TDP 30W (vs. 24W), and higher core clock at 650MHz (vs. 600MHz). Both share in common a 128-bit bus width and 40nm architecture. Everything I've found is through this site or Google.
