    Hi,
a simple question to a professional, but an irritating issue for me - how to check what type of memory my Mobility Radeon X700 uses? Does it have its own memory chip built in or does it "eat" my RAM?
Thanx in advance for your help.

PS I've put some info about the card in the attachment.

All X700's have their own built-in memory. What kind of laptop do you have?

    The Toshiba M70 has a 256MB dedicated X700. Nothing shared there. ;)

    Thanx a lot.
I've ben just wondering who's telling the truth as checked from my system info that my Radeon has 256 MB RAM and I found so many specs of my Toshiba but none of them said anything about X700 having 256 MB RAM - the highest possible was 128.
