    Mouse lag in Fallout 3

    Hi.

    I play fallout 3 on my laptop(see sig) with everything set to low on 800x600. the fps is fine(40-50 when outside), but the mouse lags, making it almost unplayable. The driver i use is catalyst 8.11 with the driverheaven modtool. Vsync is OFF.
