    Mouse lag on Steam games

    Ok so I haven't played counter-strike in long time using steam until today. My problem is that my mouse/keyboard starts to lag or delay when I am playing any steam games(counter-strike and Left4Dead). I don't lag at all, my fps is around 95-100, and my ping is really low. So I am sure its the mouse/keyboard. I have tried the troubleshoot on the steam site on this problem but none has worked for me...Can anyone figure this out? Thanks
