    Movements not smooth

    When I play Oblivion and any other game. It feels like my mouse movements aren't smooth. I don't really know how to explain this but it just feels "jagged' when I move my mouse. I don't think it's lag. I've changed the prerender limit to 2, tweaked the Oblivion ini. I just can't think of anything else to do. Do you think it's jsut my mouse or any settings I can apply to my mouse to make it feel smoother?
