    20-30Gbs approximately. Check out gamespot's review of MTW2 and the kingdoms expansion and there's a section that explains how much HDD space is required.

    20-30 gb it's insane for notebook hard disk !!! i mean rome total war was 10 giga with all expansions and medieval 2 is 30 gb???to install next total war i'd buy an external drive ...
    Is it possible to play kingdoms as a stand-alone or it requires medieval 2?
