I have an Envy 14... yeah i know pretty old, and i recently redid my OS, formated everything, have a Win7 X64 now same as previous. before i redid my system i had downloaded a .cfg file for MSI afterburner which allowed me to overclock my GPU but would always crash when ever i actually played a game.

I am unable to overclock at all without the .cfg file. AMD gpu clock tool crashed my whole system. It freezes up and reboots. I cant seem to be able to download the .cfg file now for some reason.

Last time i was able to download it from this post by iron man

But even with that .cfg file, i still wasn't able to run games, i read somewhere i should overclock my voltage to stabilize it but i cant seem to be able to do that too. AND NO THE UNOFFICIAL OVERLOCKING thingimabob doesnt work tool, even the registry editing. I know overclocking this GPU is possible, i have seen people doing it on their Envy's. i dont know why mine's being so y.
