Hi the specs of my laptop are in my signature at the bottom. WHen i turned on my laptop earlier, the screen went all psycho and all distorted. Then it went blank as windows continued to load. I thought to myself "ahh there goes the grpahics card!" But then i swithced it off and on again and everything was fine... phew!..

Has anyone had anything like this happened to their laptop b4? Coz im afraid that its a result of me overclocking my gpu.. However i really dont want to have to reduce the clock settings (439/470) (stock: 350/400)..
AND my GPU never gets that hot and always stays in the low 60degree area so thats a good sign..

    WHat you guys think???

Will you guys please keep it clean on this forum. This is the second time.

Anyways, I think your problem is the memory. Somehow your memory got all weird and it is causing artifacts now. A few questions:

Can you get in the BIOS without any problems?
When does everything go wrong? (Artifacts, screen black)

If you will post more info we will be able to help you more.

    Charlie :)

Yeah but when i restarted it again and again, everything was cool. And I ran 3DMark 05 and got the same score and did some gaming and everything ran perfectly.. Could it have been just a freak occurance or somethin? Because if the memory goes, doesnt it just go and thats it?? Cause everything is running fine now..
