Since I installed my 4650 everything has been great, but I've heard that ATi powerplay can allow me to use custom voltages ( ATi Bios editor allows for only 4 voltages for undervolting, 1V works but .9V gives me a black screen. I'd like to see if powerplay can allow me to use a voltage between those)

Anyway, I can't find a way to access ATi powerplay! This may be because I don't have Catalyst Control Center...which must not recognize my 4650 or something, because when I try to install it, only the catalyst manager is installed and then it says "finished" without actaully installing catalyst control center.

Does anybody know if ATi powerplay is accessed through CCC? If this is the case then I guess thats why I don't have access to powerplay...

    Help?

Yea, you're going to have to get CCC installed somehow to access Powerplay. It's only available in the CCC.
