I randomly found out a performance drop...

I have 174.74 drivers...tried the 175xx and got horrible results.

I dont know whats happening. I got 30 pts less in 3Dmarks...my temperature randomly went down by 5C and my average fps is like 2~3 less than its used to.

    Can anyone help me?

My power plan is set to High Performance and my clocks are the same

Im currently scanning with 4 different softwares for viruses.

I need professional advice!!! HELP ME!

    Just posted by me now

"I tried out 175.63 HUGE ISSUES I system restored had to uninstall drivers install old ones (174.93) AND STILL MAJOR ISSUES

My boot time has over doubled

    Constant computer lag/Hard drive usage

Games run at less then 1 FPS

Im guessing clean install or reformat is the solution?"

I may have missed the point, but regarding the original post - you think that a drop in 2-3 FPS is a mysterious performance drop for a change in drivers?

uninstall using driver sweeper or cleaner or w/e...

Aren't the 175's the new "optimised 3Dmark Vantage drivers"? Could have somthing to do with it.
