NB9 E would be the Enthusiast part while NB9 P would be the Performance part. Enthusiast parts are typically 256-bit GDDR3 (or more recently between 128-bit GDDR5 to 256-bit GDDR5), while performance parts have typically been 128-bit GDDR3. Within the same family (ie. E, P, M = Mainstream aka 64-bit GDDR3) and same generation (the number in the code name, ie. 9 being GeForce 9 series), GLM5 > GLM4 ... > GLM, though it can also become convoluted with GS, GS1, GE, GE1, GV, LP, etc.
NB9P-GLM2 possibly better than NB9P-GLM?
