NBR Guild Wars 2 Guilds and Home Servers!

Since the other thread was getting messy in between people's discussion of the game and other things, I wanted to bring this thread strictly for information, discussion or any inquiries regarding to the NBR guilds for the game. We will post all information regarding NBR guilds and their officers/leaders as well as any subsequent information here. Furthermore, any member can post Guild-Related information here for the time being. Any general game discussion should be referred back to the original thread.

The following are the two official NBR guilds with one in an US Home Server and another in an EU. Feel free to contact us in-game or via PM if you need help getting invited. Some information is currently not all filled so we will be updating this later in the next few days.

Is there any level requirement to join a guild?

 

I dont think its fair to level restrict this early in the game.
Seems my Guild tab is broken atm so i cannot do anything.

 

No, as Deagleson said, there are some problems at the moment with some aspects of the game. I've invited level 2 players to TRA without any issues.

For some reason Guild Wars 2 kicked every member of our old guild while keeping the name.

New EU Aurora Glade Guild name is "The Black Talon" and the tag is "DvD".

You know guilds can reach more then one server ( although you can only contribute[point upgrades etc] to the part of the guild that is in your particular server) so i in the end we could have everyone in one guild and do pve together(since it is easy to jump from server to server), only world pvp would be separated.

Just a suggestion ( we would still have 2 main servers one for EU the other for NA) and ping is more important(to an extent) for pvp anyway.

Up to you guys of course, i am fine either way , i am just glad i bought the game

 

I think it would be easier just to keep a good, starting home server for the sake of organization. However, you can always join a home server and primary guild as you see fit and visit us for some PvE or PvP action in your own terms.

 

What kind of guild will you guys primarily be? PVE PVP WvW? I am more of a casual player (hour or two every other day, longer session on the weekends), would you guys take players like me?

 

We are a casual guild that might do a bit of everything. It is fine if you are just going to play a little bit at a time.

Edit: Ok, I got the invite and joined, but for some reason I can't use guild chat (says I'm not in a guild) and I'm not able to "represent". Is this a common bug, or is there something else I need to do?

 

I had that issue too, but i dont know how to fix it.

 

ArenaNet stated friday that they had fixed some issues related to guild invites, but that there were still problems so it might be that. I managed to fix it for someone on the US guild by kicking him and re-inviting him again.
