    This is really cool. The lead on this game has professional racing experience and crash at high speed etc.

    He does not consider Shift and the upcoming Shift 2 as simulators. He calls them as authentic race experience games. I like his insights into Shift and what he wants to do different for Shift 2. This doesn't really apply to me since I use keyboard, but still enjoyable. The idea wasn't it seems necessarily to create the most realistic simulator, but to convey the experience of racing in high performance cars. In his opinion purist, simulation is boring.

    Shift's realistic.. too much for me... i just didn't like it.. i think they should tone down the realism a little and make it more arcadish...
