i just got my dell 640m yesterday. I installed Need for Speed: Most Wanted and i am having problems during the game. When the next "level" is loading the game just closes and returns to Windows without any error messages or anything. I tried changing the settings to minimum, disabling AVG Free, reinstalling NFS:MW, updating Windwos. None of these things worked. I played Warcraft III and Battlefield 1942, both on maximum settings, but i had no problems. What could be causing this?

Intel's drivers suck? Seriously, for gaming, the GMA 950 isn't a good chip. The thing that's causing it is an error in the drivers, probably changing display mode or something. Not much you can do about it other than update the drivers and cross your fingers.

OK let me try getting the driver from Intel

fingers crossed

What are the system requirements for the game?
Try looking for patches/fixes for the game. -
Try using CCleaner and clean the register, then reinstall
I will think of something, maybe your GPU cant handle the game.
CHeck your virture memory, is it enough?
Hope this help -
