NO CD crack for STALKER???

Can any one provide me with a link to a good site that has a NO Cd Crack for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. I dont feel like taking my disk with me tomorrow on my trip. I googled it, but i could not find any.

Technically a crack is not illegal as long as you have the original.

 

Just make a CD image. many "cracks" are laden with malware.

 

I've never had a crack with malware, and I've used alot of crack(s). I think that might just be an urban legend used to scare people off.

 

Sorry, I didn't know. However, cracks and mini images are legal if you own the original game aren't they?

 

A No-cd crack for Stalker would be really silly since it doesn't require the disk to play

hell if this guy has STALKER original, why can't he ask for a NO/CD Crack, ridiciulous. Yes www.gamecopyworld.com has it and that site isn't illegal in any kind. I use it very often, the best site out there to get rid of having CD/DVD's in the drive all the time while playing a game.

 

GameCopyWorld and GameBurnWorld. They're pretty much the same, but one might have something the other doesn't.

 

Most cracks are going to be safe because all the cracker has to do is patch the assembly code, make the conditional jump that checks for the disk and jumps to the game a non-conditional jump so it always loads the game for instance. It wouldn't be economical to put malware into the crack when its so much easier to just mass spam FREE HORSEY SCREENSAVERS !!!!! with the malware attached.

 

I understand that cracks can be safe, especially when coming from a group. However, there are many sites that are not as reputable as gamecopyworld and many trojans generate popular filenames such as "DIABLO II CRACK NOCD 1.09 WORKING" etc. and flood some p2p such as Kazaa.

 

I don't think you can discuss it here, there are so many websites for pirates - why do you ask here?

My STALKER doesn't require a CD.

 

just bring it with!its really not hard..just put it in a case and there ya go.

My STALKER doesn't require a disk either, or it doesn't anymore. I swear when I first installed it, it required the disk. STALKER is all sorts of strange though.

 

i know there is software you can get for your computer that will allow a game to play without the cd. i don't remember the name of it..i think you have to pay for it to..just go google it or something

 

Just so we are on the same page. I own the game, and the game requires my CD for use. And chill out, i know what is illegal, and what is not, ive been apart of this forum to know that.

But i got a CD crack working though.

 

Before you use any cracks or anything you should update STALKER to the lastest version because you cannot use a savegame from v 1.0 with versions 1.001 and up. Versions 1.001 and up fix huge bugs including some that increase performance.

 

As far as I know, the US version of stalker doesn't require the CD to play. The US version also doesn't have any copy protection, so if you have the original you can make a copy if you want, althought I don't know why you would make a copy if you have a US version. Since you don't need the cd to play the wear and tear will be minimal.

 

Oh... I have the world wide version... what ever that means.

 

No CD cracks are still wrong if the game asks for the CD. We cannot help you here.
