    Hi I am upgrading my sony Vaio from Vista to XP... Does anyone know where I can get an XP driver for the NVIDIA GEFORCE 8400M GT graphics card it uses? :D

    This site has modded inf files so the latest desktop drivers work on the mobile chips, the only thing that normally stops the desktop drivers from installing is a file that defines the cards supported, there is no actual difference in the driver itself.

    which file is modifed? is it the setup.ini file? if so how can i change it to work?

    The laptopvideo2go site is back up, just get the latest 169 driver along with the modded INF file. No, the desktop drivers will not work straight off. Read the stickies before posting a new thread next time, please.

    I have a Sony VGN-AR51M with the same problem, have you ever solved your problem. If so could you give some advice.

    I also have a problem with my fn and eject keys

    Other than that all is fine ionc sound
