How do these graphics cards compare? How would you rank them from best to worst?

Try looking around, there's a thread to ask and compare GPUs together right here

To be blunt, the GT130M should be more or less similar to the HD4650(the difference will be seen depending on the game) and the HD2600 is the weakest by a large margin.

4650 has essentially twice the shader count of the 130M, as many as the 9800M GTS or 3870. I'll roll with the newer tech.

Aren't ATI shaders different from Nvidia though? Or was that stream processors I forgot >.<

Yep, the shaders on ATi cards are different from Nvidia cards so that's not a valid way of comparing the two. The HD 4650 is more along the lines to of a Geforce 9700M GT/GTS.

it still does as 320/5 = 64 equivalent shaders

The HD 4650 still has lower clocks, memory bandwidth, raster operator, and most importantly a lower 128-bit memory bus in comparison to both the Geforce 9700M GTS and 9800M GTS.

The HD 4650 performs slightly above the high end 128-bit card, the 9700M GT, while the GT 130M is a bit below (lower clocks than the 9700M GT). The HD 2600 is not even in the same universe as the other two. It's like 10 levels below...

I just took a look at the new Nvidia line up. Looks like they toned it down a bit with their massive selection of GPUs, it's a lot more feasible now.
