Cool! I'll try this
-
sweeet thanks
-
Thanks a lot
-
Hmm, I just reinstalled Fallout 3, so I'll bother to install.
-
These Drivers eliminated the stuttering and reduced performance I suffered in GTA IV when I used the previous 260.89 WHQL.
Edit: I have just noticed improved and much smoother performance in Red Faction 2 Guerilla warfare and Saints Row 2. Temperatures are also 1-2 C lower idle although that could be a coincidence. -
I have been using the 260.89 drivers, no complaints with those, will give this one a try and see how it fares.

Eh, had the same problem as the driver that was released last week in where it didn't work very well with Video Decoding.
Back to 259. -
So in general are people seeing better performance in starcraft II with 260.89 or 260.99 also at what resolutions? Because for a lot of people optimization at 2500x makes no difference if the 1400x900 runs slower
anyone? -
Kingpinzero ROUND ONE,FIGHT! You Win!
For me so far its a good jump from 260.89m althought these drivers are more than an hotfix.
F1 2010 and all my games clearly improved performance. -
I do see an improvement in Fallout 3. I was able to bump it up to 8x AA, and install an HD texture pack, with no performance loss.

I tried this 260.89 and 260.99 the driver almost killed my Old faithful 8800GTS 512mb ........Use only if u have more recent cards ........Dont ever try this at older cards.....
NVidia seems to have missed this warning..... -
^what do you mean by KILLED
-
-
FYI: These drivers cleared up some performance issues with Borderlands w/ 260M GTX.
The game is overall much smoother. -
-
After updating to these drivers, I can now play MW2 on the highest setting, native res(1280x800) (w/o AA) on my 2010 Macbook Pro 13.
-
With the 260 beta drivers, I ran everything fairly smoothly on my desktop with sli gtx 460s.
With 260.89 I was getting stuttering in Dirt 2 at the LA Marina track.
Installing 260.99 now. Hopefully stuttering is fixed. -
-
I have not tried this out yet, but I've only head positive things about this version. Can't wait to test it out!
-
Before installing this update, i had no issues with my GPU but after installing this my same game (Dragon age ) run smooth in low settings no prob ...but crashed just 2 hours after installing the driver in game play ......and showed error 43 ........almost lost that lap ..... -
-
Besides, I didn't notice that much of a difference in framerate in TF2 between the 3 different drivers anyway. -
This is a great driver for my Toshiba X305 Q701 with 9700m GTS, also I love that we don't need to uninstall, reboot, driver sweeper, reboot, install, reboot, it's just download, click on icon and it'll do it's stuff and you're upgraded.

I have a Nvidia 9600M GT GPU. I'm currently running v258.96
Should I upgrade? -

Good performance - 10,974 in 3dm06 test compared to 10,714 at 258.xx . Stable temperature . No problem with Dragon Age
