    Is this a pretty good gaming card for a 488$ computer? That comes with 3Gb memory and a 160Gb SATA hard drive.

    Well, for a $488 computer, it's *good* card. But it's certainly no good for any kind of intensive gaming. For that budget, you'll never find a decent dedicated card.

    This one is even worse, at that budget I'd go for an ATI HD3200
