NVIDIA GeForce 9300 GS good?

Just wanted to know if the NVIDIA GeForce 9300 GS Video Memory 512 MB is a good gaming card for a laptop i have bin looking fror reviews but cant find any good one well found one but its french

 

thats a pretty old card ... what all were you looking to run on it?
its now pretty much just over a current IGP speed wise

its not much over the 320m found in the MBP 13" or the ATI integrated... yes it IS faster than the INtel IGP though

 

Probably, but the guy asked whether or not it is a good card for gaming, and it is not. He shouldn't get disappointed, now should he?

Actually, the 320M beats it handily.

 

Its even weaker than the 9400M IGP

ya and what I get for agreeing to swap a company from MBP 13" machines to a bunch of Panny toughbooks in 2 days ( 34 machines )

thanks guys im going to pass on it as i thot it was a good card but i guess i dont know jack lol i was trading a xbox 360 limited edition call of duty modern warfare 2 console with a ton of sstuff all mint shap and a new 24" Hp LCD monitor with 4 year warrinty for it as i will be going to army boot camp soon and wanted a good laptop to have somthing to do on the weekends we have of but thatnks again you guys are great saved me from a bad move

You already have a thread open for the 9600m. Why don't you tell us your budget and we'll find the best laptop posible. Better yet, why don't you open a "which laptop should I buy" thread and post your needs and your budget. Much better than open 5 threads about if this video card is good for gaming.

At least go to notebookcheck.com, and look up the video card in question. They have lots of benchmarks for ever video card.

 

Read this review/benchmark of the 9200m GS, Your 9300m GS is just a slightly higher clocked version of this card.
