    People, I have the 8600M Gt... on the 1720 and in the Nvidia control panel, I am unable to adjust the image sharpening..... pictures on the web dont look very clear and have jaggies around them....

    I downloaded version 162.22 for Vista 32bit. Here's the link.

    and now I can atleast adjust the digital vibrance thingie....

    please help and what are the ideal percentages for the settings

    for example brightness at 40% contrast at 50%???

    Blame these jaggies on Jpeg compression, not GPU rendering quality

    Hmm, have you made any changes within your Internet Browsers, and do any other pictures of videos have the same look? Im pretty sure you are using the newest, or almost newest drivers. It seems like an odd problem...

    Try changing the DPI to 96 and see if that helps anything.

    yes tried that as well... i think there is a sharpness problem.. and I cannot change that on the nvidia control panel as the sharpness adjustment is greyed out.... help!!!

    Have you tried uninstalling the driver, using driver cleaner pro, and reinstalling either the same driver or the newest(non beta) driver?
