Name Your FEAR (Voting open for naming the sequel to FEAR)

Monolith has chosen three finalists for its "Name Your FEAR" contest. As you may have heard, Monolith can't legally call its new game "FEAR" for legal reasons, but it can take place in the same story universe. They asked people to submit suggestions for the new name, and Monolith has chosen three finalists:

-Dead Echo

-Project Origin

-Dark Signal

S.C.A.R.E.

 

S.C.A.R.E. is pretty good.

i also like P.A.N.I.C. and T.E.R.R.O.R. or they could go the other direction with like V.A.L.O.R.

but whatever they do, they need to make it all punctuated and capitalized to continue the T.U.R.M.O.I.L. and F.U.R.Y. and C.H.A.O.S. that they began by using that very strange lettering system.

P.O.O.P.

Btw: This is not a racist remark towards Oriental people.

Project Origin sounds the most decent IMO.

I actually like Dead Echo. Idk, out of all three, it just caught my eye. Dark Signal is just horrible and Project Origin sounds like one of the missions WITHIN the game....bad to use it for the game's name.

i vote anything with the word PWN in it. it will be Fear origin of pwn and runs of the PWN engine. ROFL LOL EL OH EL

 

They should just call it 1337

Because anyone that's ever played the original knows that's exactly what it'll be.

 

fear is cool but 1337 is a number and pwn is not a word.

Yep. It's free

 

free as in no charge unlike MMO's? yes
its also free if you just download the multiplayer software.
you only have to pay if you want to play the single player.

I don't get why anyone would want to skip the single player on this game though. that was the most entertaining(and I use that word loosely) game that I ever bought.
