Hey everyone I am having a little problem playing counter strike. I get a message whenever I launch the game. Message: failed to lock vertex buffer in CMeshDX8::LockVertexBuffer and then "The instruction at "0x0fdd3erc" refered memory at0x0db7a1a0. the memory could not be read. All this happens when i try to open source. I use an HP ZT3300. With an ATI mobility radeon 9200.
In terms of Drivers...well I know I d/l the driver and installed the newest one available at the hp site. But whenever I go to NHC, it tells me a differerent version of the driver. Anyone know how I can fix this Counter strike problem?
-Thanks in Advance!!!

The "newest" driver from HP's site is probably not new at all. Use our driver update guide here:
