I just bought an XPS M1530 not too long ago (look at sig to see specs) and I was thinking it's about time I get a new computer game to test its gaming capabilities.

The ones I'm considering so far are:
    - Supreme Commander
    - Company of Heroes
    - Sins of a Solar Empire
    - World in Conflict

As you can tell, I'm considering RTS games. If anyone has any suggestions on other games that would be good, I'd appreciate it (Also, if there are any suggestions for PC games that were on the 360 like Bioshock and Mass Effect, then I've most likely already played them).

    Thanks in advance!

alright, if you like to keep doing buildings and making upgrades for units and do long time battles in some cases for 4 hours and more, then Get Supreme Commander, if you like to get in the battle at once and get in the fight, then go For World in Conflict, ive never tried Company of Heroes Personally, but i heard its really good and performs great, and about Sins of Solar Empire, after i installed it i played it for 5 mins and then uninstalled, didnt like the game at all.

EDIT: PopLap said it before me, if you are considering any other RTS game other than the ones you have mentioned, C&C3 just rocks, it blows! i play it all day its very fun... SHADOW TEAM FTW

Alright, thanks guys. I'll check out C&C 3 and World in Conflict more.

I really was thinking about getting Supreme Commander, but then people told me that the battles take a really long time. I'm not sure if I have that kind of time on my hands. :/

I've only played Company of Heroes and World in Conflict. I liked both but my vote goes to Company of Heroes. I found that World in Conflict got kind of boring after playing the campaign 3 or 4 times but like I said both are good games.

yes mate.. a battle took me 5 hours on a 4vs4 once.. was very annoying as soon as performance starts to drop.
you should look at those 3 games:
World in Conflict, C&C3,Company of Heroes.
