    Need help with FRAPS

    How do i use FRAPS? I have it installed and i want to see what my laptop scores on the Crysis demo..can i have a step by step tutorial? thanks

    Yeah, click "FRAPS", it will open it, then go into "FPS", click whatever button you want to assume benchmarking hotkey (this will make the frames per second appear in the corner) set the overlay hotkey to make the FPS to move to a different corner. if you want to make a screenshot, click screenshots, make sure "include framerate overlay in screenshots" is selected. Then set the button for screenshots and open up the game.

    ahha...seems like it ran the entire demo? numbers in the left hand corner? With my specs im at..
    -30-35 fps @ 800x600 low settings
    -18-20 fps @ 800x600 med settings
    -8-9 fps @ 800x600 high settings (lol)

    -20-25 fps @ 1280x800 low settings

    all with AA off of course...sound about right?

    Just wondering if i should buy the game...i mean is playing at 800x600 with all low settings worth it?..for such an eye candy game thats suppossed to be played maxed out?
