i use laptop in signature and i replaced the thermal paste on CPU and GPU but the thermal pads stayed the same, one of them got a little ripped when i did the process.

    Question!

Should i remove the thermal pads and out thermal paste where they used to be?

Or do i just put thermal paste on the GPU core the piece that looks like the CPU and let the thermal pads be?

P.S i use GC Extreme thermal paste which is the best thermal paste i ever used, more people should check it out!

i wouldn't remove the thermal pads to replace it with thermal paste as the paste is not likely to be thick enough to make contact with the heatsink.
