right I have my clevo system from scan and its been throttling since I got it. sent back to scan uk and repasted. received laptop back and still doing the same. now what scores should I be getting in 3dmark 11 and firestrike? or are there any setting you would like me to run theses on to give you scores so you can compare so I can see if this is actually happening?

it seems to be an issue with the 880m card itself and is widely documented, I just linked another user to some information so please forgive me being lazy and doing a fast copy paste as well.

Just two examples I could find quickly the first thread is very long and gets detailed and links to other information

we have MANY threads here on these issues where they force downclock and even set a flag in th GPU to stop boost and even hitting full clocks.

Many users are claiming that Nvidia crippled the 880m's, from seeing many of the scores and throttling I tend to agree; your best bet might be returning the machine and get the same system with sli 780m's for better performance (its the same card with a reduced clock rate, but you can overclock easily enough, and it won't be crippled).
