OK. sorry for the stupid topic but needed the advice really.

I have heard of this Vidock2 (from villagetronic) which connects to your laptop through express card slot and can connect to an external screen for ocassional gaming.

I was thinking of having a lenovo ultraportable with 12.1 screen as anything bigger than that would be too big for me. the vidock would be put to use when i am in home for gaming.

    So i want to know:

    1. does it really work?
    2. if yes, then what is the improvement?
    3. is it worth it or i should go for any gaming laptop?
    4. a new express card standard is on the way in 2010. is it worth the wait? can it increase the bus speed to reduce the bottleneck?
    5. also, the laptop has embedded intel graphics. so will it support another graphics driver in vista/win7?

any information on thses would really help.
