I don't know why, but gpuz always detects my 160m as 65nm when it should be 55nm.

Wow. ATI Mobility 4850 temps. Last time I tried I couldn't get them with HWmoniter or Everest... I had to use ATI Tray Tool, which was a pain to get working in W7 64-bit. This makes me happy.

It's a temporary side effect. Only occurs while you run it. As soon as you close it down, powermizer resumes.

To verify for yourself, run GPU-Z .0.3.4 and you'll see clocks downclock from max to powermizer settings with a minute.

I like the new metrics. Now I can see how busy my GPU is when encoding via Badaboom or gaming!
Much kudos to the techpowerup crew!

(for the record, Badaboom places almost no strain on the memory controller but 80-90% on the GPU; core overclock ftw)

Problem seems to Windows 7 to be dependent. Or 64 bit.
Under Vista 32-bit Powermizer works properly under all the GPU-Z versions.

@ 2.0 thank you, through you a beautiful morning :)
@ Mew1838, why do you use 186.42? Sure you have a 9800M GTS, because a 9800 GTS does not exist.
    The Official Driver 186.81 WHQL W7 64 bit and 195.55 beta W7 64 bit.
    Beta very nice.

    EDIT: 186.81 WHQL W7 32 bit and 195.55 beta W7 32 bit

EDIT 2: new Driver 2009.12.04. 195.62 WHQL W7 and Vista 32 bit and 195.62 WHQL W7 and Vista 64 bit

    I liked this one!
I wish it had little overclocking tool too and it will be a complete package.

Yeah so I ran this in the background for 20 minutes and it definitely screwed up powermizer. I hope I don't have to do a system restore. I deleted it and went back to 3.6.

Its not temporary! After closing gpu-z 0.3.8 it keeps running high and you need to reboot!

The dox driver 185.20 works good with gpu-z 0.3.8 the higher drivers from dox not, for me than.
