What kind of games do you like? FPS or maybe RTS?

It's your own choice but I prefer CoD 4

Now here's an idea that makes sense. As for the previous question I enjoy both FPS and RT. Basically i'm just curious what other people are playing and what they think would be an enjoyable time consuming game.

I just got my 6860FX ready for games, and here is my list:
    • GRiD
    • COD 4
    • Gears of War
    • Crysis
    • Age of Empires 2 + exp games
    • Diablo II + LOD
    • Company of Heros

I know it's not a big list, but those are my favorite games, not in any particular order. I'm looking to get some more games, so I'll also take a look at other suggestions in this thread as well.

I wouldn't recommend Gears of War to anyone who doesn't crave a migraine.

    I am currently playing-
Call of Duty 4 (Native, maxed out)
    Oblivion (Native, maxed out)
CS:S and TF2 (Native, maxed out with 8x AA 16xAF)
    Crysis (1280x800 all high)
UT3 (Native, all high except textures on 4/5)

All run great, the only reason UT3 can't max out is because it requires a hefty GPU, so I kicked the texture slider to 4/5, and am getting 40+ FPS.

Haha, well no problem man. I just loved Oblivion, and I have lost so much time in this game. The other games should fall right in your alley.

In your situation, I would try :

    Oblivion
    C&C 3
    Supreme Commander
    COD 4
    Bioshock

    Plus some oldies :

    Planescape : Torment
    Homeworld
    Warcraft 3

    Have fun ! :)
