    Lol, with AMD you'd be waiting another 3 months to get an official driver judging by their lackluster effort with getting out working drivers for the 7970m..

    The only thing it says is "This graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware".

    Am I supposed to download something for this to work?

    I tried installing these drivers on my MSI GE 40 but when i went to install them it said my system was incompatible.

    GTX 760M.

    I tried drivesweeper and safe mode and it still persists im stuck now without a driver and my games are running really choppy please help me.

    This is a known Windows 8 bug. Here's how to fix.

    Safe Mode
    Uninstall all drivers
    Driver Sweeper
    Reboot
    Let hardware detect go and install crap driver
    reboot
    If prompted on next reboot, reboot again
    Install driver normally and you should have no issues. My desktop workstation at work was doing the same thing.
