Have only played Dragon Age with them (cause I'm addicted early on), but have gained a few FPS and temps slightly cooler.
Apparently there is a newer physx release as well. Based on release dates it is probably incorporated into these drivers, but here is a download link for it as well:

how come this version is 1.9x and my current one is 186.81, and when i visit the nvidia page for latest drives it says i have them, that my current drivers are the lattest and no update is necesarry

oh i see, anyway i updated to those drivers through the links posted, that also means that i have all the features of the previous versions, from 186.81 to these ones?

This driver is buggy even it's performance is good.
Some people complain about texturing errors and some complain about the brightness problem of the screen.
I tested it, and I found the brightness problem affected me as well. LOL.
Meanwhile, the BEST driver is 186.82 for me. 186.81 works sucks for me.
