I am using windows 7 x32 and i cant seem to find compatible drivers nor can I find a decent and user friendly tool in which to overclock the graphics card. I would also like a program that loaded the overclock when I started windows up. Any help?

My system has a C2D T6400 and an ati radeon HD 4330 with 256 vram.

they should have drivers on amd's site...
    yep here :

you should use rivatuner if you can for overclocking, appearently its great. on my ati card (the 2600) it doesnt work though, i have to use AMD GPU Clock tool. you have to boost the settings manually on it, but its better than no overclock.

Rivatuner didnt work for me either, i wasn't able to access the setup menu in it. I downloaded the catalyst, but it still says i am using windows whql drivers. I looked for the gpu clock utility, but nothing works with windows 7.

what cards do you have. ati doesnt support mobility cards. so you need to get mobility modder to mod the drivers yourself.

as far as the 3870s, you can oc them, but they yield no improvement in benchmarks. i dont know what cards you have, but it might be like that with all mobility ati cards.

for windows 7 they have mobility drivers for the newer cards (2000, 3000, and 4000 series) i linked him it. (windows 7 gets ALL the good stuff :p)

hmmm... i have no idea what windows whql drivers are....oh, wait... yes i do. ummmm did the catalyst install start? if it doesnt you should try uninstalling the graphics drivers through device manager and then reinstalling the catalyst drivers from that link.

for the amd gpu clock tool i have to use the 0.7 from this link:

    http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/536/AMD_GPU_Clock_Tool_v0.7.html

the newer one doesnt read correctly for my card.

Im just gonna repeat what people said here :p

There are official ATI drivers for Windows 7, just make sure you do a clean install (uninstall, restart in save mode, use driver sweeper, restart wait for it to install the default windows drivers, restart, then install the new drivers). Not sure if Windows 7 has the same issue as Vista (you needed to restart twice) or else you got an error during the installation but better safe than "sorry".

And then use the application on notyou's link since a lot of people used that to overclock their cards successfully.

Two things to remember, only 2,3,4 series are available for download (drivers) and be sure to check your load temps before attempting to overclock you card, also after you overclock it as well :p Good luck with it ;)
