    Hi im buying an acer 5920G today, sick of the x3100 in my 5720 :( , it comes with a 256mb 8600m GT and i was looking for advice on what are the best drivers for it. i have read a few posts and would also like to know what modded infs are n how i install them, thanks for your help :D

    169.09 from lv2go.com seems to be the most stable and best driver atm. Read the Faqs in the website for more info

    1)download the zipped driver > extract it somewhere

    2)download the modded .inf > put this where you extracted the drivers > Yes, overwrite the old .inf

    3)run setup.exe

    Definitely another + for the 169.09 here. Works great for every game I've played and has never given a problem.
