I just got my xps M1330 and this is the first time I've had a video card as opposed to integrated graphics. My daughters getting me into some games like WOW and then some others. I have a 128MB NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS and wondered do I have to do something with settings or does it automatically work with a game. I haven't done anything yet, still getting computer setup.

the 8400m Gs is not a bad card so you can play almost all the modern games at low settings or medium.

That's what happened to my daughter. Her boyfriend had been playing it forever and then one day she tried and then she got addicted and even went out and bought a new desktop (he had a desktop and she had to use her laptop) just for the game. :p
