    Where can i find the advanced graphics option, partically the .ini file because the game menu doesn't allow you to change any advanced options like vsync

    It's in

    C:\Users\*your user name*\Documents\Criterion Games\Need for Speed(TM) Hot Pursuit

    and it's called "config.NFS11Save"

    However, the game only allows you to change very few settings, you'll see.

    On topic, my FPS is capped at 30... anyone know how to nix it?

    As far as I know vSync is always on in this game and can't be disabled. I get constantly 60 fps...

    What GPU do you have and what resolution are you playing at?
