    No 2D Mode @ GF8700 GT m?

    Guys,

    i have a problem. My two 8700 @ Sli (Asus G70s) just dont clock down to 2D Mode. It alway run @ fullspeed, even in officemode.

    Anyone any ideas how to fix it?

    Try reinstalling the drivers.

    Which set of drivers are you using?

    Try downloading Powermizer Switch, and see if powermizer is enabled :)

    My old 8600m Gt used to do that and the only thing that fixed it is completely removing the drivers and reinstalling them. Sy yeah, reinstalling the drivers or trying other ones works.

    Well got a solution.... It looks like, the NV noteboook 191,55 drivers dont have any 2D Mode. I installed some Win 7 drivers 18x.xx by Asus and the 2D mode works fine.

    !!!! NV need to fix it!
