So I have tried a number of different drivers on my XP Pro 64 NP9262 and neither of them gives me the option to enable SLi. I have SLi enabled on the Vista side of my computer (dual boot) and it works fine. I don't know what to look for. I've check the device manager and the two are working fine. Any way for me to enable SLi on my XP side?

What does device manager show in XP? Did you use the nVidia control panel at all to force SLi configuration?

Device manager shows two functional Nvidia 9800M GT's. In the control panel there is no SLi option. There's a physx option which I do not want.
