So recently I installed gta4 again. The game told me to download a newer version of windows live for games or whatever you call it. Now when I go into the game, I press the home button and the only 2 choices are "log into existing live account" or "create new profile".

If I click "create new profile" it tells me it's going to open a new browser. No offline option at all. I'm using windows 7 64 bit (doubt this matters). Has the offline account option been taken out for anybody else?

I think when you hit create new account you can scroll down on that next window before you accept and it opens your browse. and you can create an offline account.

Yea, I finally noticed it. Gotta scroll down and click "create local profile".
