Sorry if this is a dumb question, I am a noob

How do I install a game to where I don't need the disc to play it? I'm not sure if current games require the disc, but the same question applies if they do!

Keep an eye on the official game patch change logs. I have noticed quite a few game patches allow you to play without your CD after updating but they dont usually advertise this.

Examples are Supreme Commander, Quake 4, World In Conflict, GTA SA and a few others.

If you already have the game installed, search for gamecopyworld. While there, search for your game and install the no cd-dvd patch. Replace it with your old desktop icon. If you need more help, just PM me.... I've done it many times before. It can be a little confusing.
