I did try to install the latest driver for my Intel HD graphics card and i get this message.
Error: The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer’s manufacturer. Setup will exit.
I know for sure that I choose the right driver for my video card on Intel website but it doesn't work. What drivers am I suppose to use on my Toshiba Satellite notebook?

You probably need to uninstall the current driver from Toshiba before you can install the one from the Intel website.
-
Oh ok but is there a reason why it won't allow me to install Intel's drivers unless I uninstall the driver that came with Toshiba? Will my notebook not display right or have trouble if I used Intel's drivers? I thought there was a good reason why it won't let me install.

It should likely work, but Toshiba haven't tested the driver themselves so they don't want you to install a different driver that might potentially experience an issue and then have to bring the issue back to them for support.
-
So should I use Intel drivers or not? Is Intel drivers any better than from Toshiba? Just want to make sure its safe to use Intel.com drivers from now on. Or is it better to use Toshiba drivers.

was the previous driver working ok. if so why update. intel driver will hardly do anything different. if it worked before then leave it alone. try a system restore to day befor you updated.
the only graphics drivers worth updating are nvidia and ati/amd. -
I believe Toshiba and Lenovo are particular about what drivers they want you installing, and you should only use the drivers from their websites. The downside is the minute your model exits production (which can be quite quick) your driver feed stops, and it can prevent you from using newer installations of windows.

Well the only reason why I was interested in using Intel drivers is since someone said that if you play games getting latest drivers from like Intel will be best and will make the FPS little higher. But of course I don't want to have trouble because of using drivers from Intel. But do you think I will be for sure fine if I used drivers directly from Intel? I know I will have to uninstall the current one though to put the new one since you guys said so.
I don't have a high end machine but even lower end ones I heard will play better like on WoW or so. I usually play low demanding games or older games. -
It should be okay. But if you install the new driver and say brightness control is broken then you should try install the old driver.
Not right driver?
