Is it possible to upgrade the graphics card for a Dell Latitude D620 (it has a 256 MB NVIDIA® Quadro NVS 110M with TurboCache3). I was wondering if i could physically remove that graphics card, and put in a new one that would be better for gaming. Please let me know..obviously i don't know too much about computers.

Since its a Dell, there may be alimited option for upgrading.
Looking at the D620, you only have two options:
256MB NVIDIA® Quadro NVS 110M TurboCache™
Intel® Integrated Graphics Media Accelerator 950
So, unfortunaterly, the Quadro is the best you can get in it. -
so it would not be compatible with any other kind of graphics cards?

No. This is the case with most every notebook that's not high-end.
