Is there any mainstream brand notebook with these GPUs out? Other than the ASUS G50 and Toshiba Qosmio which ones dont look good for me![]()

I dont like Acer for its poor quality
I would be very happy with a HP (mostly with the HP cuz the nice design), Dell with a 9700M GTS but i dont thin they will ever put this VGA in their products... maybe 5-6 years later lol... -

I dont know. i dont like the design of acer neither. I love the HPs and ASUS m51 design but their hardware option arent the best i can get for my money.
Im so sad the only 9700 GTS notebook is the Qosimo or as i call it: Qosimodo. Its so ugly
I want a HP DV5T with 9700 GTS -
Design is personal opinion and I can respect that, as I also agree that the Toshiba is fugly.

I've got exactly the same problem as you, icram. I'm also looking to buy a gaming notebook, with a 9700GT or higher, but the notebooks with one of those are all not what I want. Asus G50v: ugly, slow processor and possibly expensive (in the Netherlands) Qosmio F50/55: I want one of these, but they're not available in Europe
(as far as I know) Acer 8930: can't find any info about it, Acer's got a bad reputation for building quality. Clevo M860TU: great GPU but a slow processor and it's too expensive for me.
I'm also wondering if there's going to be notebooks with 3870's. It seems like a very nice GPU for medium - high end gaming laptops.
