Now there isn't trace of the order and I can't contact EA/origin.

I bought Battlefield 3 premium edition (download) yesterday morning. Now, more than 24h later I still don't have it in my games or my order history. Could this be because it takes some time to process the order? The weird thing is, when I called the credit card company, they said no payment was made. Could this also be because of the time it takes to process? I am sure I completed the order.

I wanted to contact EA/origin to ask what had happened but I can't find an e-mail address anywhere, nor a phone number. The only kind of support there is is FAQ, I can't say I like EA's costumer support. I live in Belgium.

I bought this because it was a great deal, but the deal ends in 10h so I really need to make the order work. What should I do? Place the order again since no payment was made? Wait?

    Thank you

Edit: whoops I messed up the title a bit, sorry

when you order its instant. as soon as the money has been actioned on your card you should get a mail with the licence key and the game will be greyed out on your game list on origin.

sounds like the trsansaction didnt go through so try again.
your firewall could be blocking the secure order page.
or if you use firefox diable the ad block for this instance.

it wont show on your account as paid for normally 3 days but if your card provider has said no transaction has taken place then they can see it instantly at the bank.
also if the game isnt showing in origin game page then nope you have not been charged.
if your computer hasnt been rebooted since you bought it then just try a reboot and then check origin again.

I rebooted, nothing. Never recieved an email either. I just tried ordering it again but now it says "payment autorisation failed", it didn't do that the first time I ordered. In the meantime I have been waiting 30 minutes on a live chat .

the card could be blocked for a random fraud protection. ive had this a few time and it sure is a pain. any payment fails but you have no idea why until you ring your bank and they unlock it.
i suppose it does help in a way but its crazy as i bought a new bmw on the card for £31,000 and no problems with transaction. i then drive of bmw forecourt and to petrol station next door and fill up. i then try to pay with same card and it was blocked even though it was only for £45 :(

How did you buy a BMW on a credit card? Most dealers won't allow putting more than $5-6K on a card.

The same thing happened to me when I tried purchasing BF3 for $10 last year. I had to call EA customer support and explain the situation, and fortunately the rep helped me get the game at the discounted rate, even though the sale had ended. Glad you got it sorted out too!

sorry John, it was a debit card. even though the money was in the account the fraud dept do random stops on peoples cards no matter if it was a credit or debit.
