There's a bit of info here, but other than that, not much:

Should be around the X200M speed, a bit faster perhaps - no sets of benchmarks are out for the Go6150 so it is not possible to say at this time.

I heard hat its a little bit faster then the older nVidia GeForce 6100 series and X200 series . It seems to be so far the 'best' onboard graphics card for a lappie , that supports Pixel Shader v 3.0...

Nvidia wasn't too specific when it came to that, but I'd assume it would be similar to what Nvidia does now - double the dedicated RAM (if any) and call it TurboCache (128MB TC would be 64MB + 64MB). If it was all shared, it would probably go up to 128MB, perhaps more.

Any word on when you get your laptop yet? Loooks like a nice system.

awesome user bars...might just take two of them from ya.

Im going to be getting the Compaq V3000z with almost identical specs and I was going to start a 6150 thread myself.

first off, click on the bars, it takes you to the site i think.

Secondly, don't be one of these ignorant "POWER TESTOSTERONE POWER" people in here that accept nothing but state of the art. Newsflash, some of us don't plan to game with our lappy! i have a tower with a 4200+ and dual 7800 GTs and 3 GB of ram for that. I want something solid, dependable, light, with a good picture and looks. That is perfect for me. Before you go around calling things "pathetic" consider that every has different needs. This forum is for EVERYONE, not just people who sit in a dark room and play FEAR for hours on end. I appologize if I come off as harsh but lets be here to help out all of our users.
