Hey, i was considering buying a laptop with the NVIDIA ®GeForce™8600M GT. One option i found was with the 512MB gddr2. The other one i found was 256MB but i'm not sure if it is gddr2 or gddr3, its in the Dell Inspiron 1520 laptops, i was hoping someone could tell me which one it is in the Dell, and which one would be better.

    Thanks

Only 4 notebooks have the GDDR3 version, the Macbook Pro, Asus G1s, Asus G2s and the Asus c90.
