Ok, So on battery power my C90 will not come out of low power 3d mode (275,200) with ntune installed. Any Hints on how to fix it?

I have tried all sorts of drivers, same thing. Currently on 169.09. Ntune will report clocks of 130,100 on battery power in the oc tab, an not let me change it, even to stock
