    Nvidia 940Mx dd3 with 16gb ddr4 ram or Nvidia 950Mx ddr5 with 8gb ram ,which configuration is better?

    I vote option 2,for gaming the ddr5 has almost double perfomance

    You can always get more RAM, not that easy to get GDDR5 vRAM lol!

    What tom said, you can upgrade your system ram (although 8gb will be fine for any games your going to run on a 950m) but you can't upgrade your video memory.

    If it does not come with SSD I would make that your next upgrade, though.
