Thanks!
Its good to know that the beta will last from Sep 29-Oct 10.
-
cool and for early access its from 9/27 to 10/10. which is exactly 14 days. pure awesomeness, and then the wait till the final release.
-
meant to be a 38% boost just for B3 using these drivers.
interesting to see if its true. -
yeah 38%, compared to what? the alpha? i hope so.
-
-
Maybe these drivers will give a boost to BFBC2 too...By the way i don't see why if they can achieve these results on one game, they can't do it to the other blockbusters...
-
38% increases is just an advertising gimmick.
-
38 % on a desktop 580 maybe, but I'm really holding on judgement till actual results come in.
Would be interesting to know also if the performance gains also extend to other games -
It's asterisked, check the bottom of the page
-
no increase in 3dmark06 for me, just the standard 12k +-50pts
-
same, 3dmark06 and vantage the same scores.
we will soon find out tonight for the early release.
wonder how long it will take for all the download sites to crash -
Thanks dude, I've been looking for the notebook version of this drivers.
-
your welcome.
could you share some of that broadband speed please -
Meaker@Sager Company Representative
What's scary is my phone will upload at 2.7Mb/s on the phone network, faster than my home broadband (20/1).

When I try to install this driver, I keep on getting an error.

try uninstalling the driver your using now/driver sweeper -
spradhan01 Notebook Virtuoso
Its 64 BIT. I still get the same error. I don't know what's wrong.
Edit:
I also tried disabling hybrid mode and booting from 280Ms. Its still the same.
280.26 works fine but not this one. -
go into controll panel add/remove program and delete Nvidia driver. reboot and hit F8 to boot into safe mode. run driver cleaner/driver sweeper/cc cleaner to remove old remnants which could be causing the problem. reboot as normal and then load new drivers. reboot and your done.

You had similar issues like mine?
-
You can see this information in the laptopvideo2go driver download page too. -

My gpu is 280M SLI and I don't see a reason for it not being supported.

Hmm
Downloading a modified driver from laptopvideo2go.
Lets see if that works.
Thanks -

Still the same.
Anyone installed these drivers in a M17X R1 with 280M SLI? -

It's not like the game was running perfectly and then they squeezed another 40% improvement out of thin air using voodoo and magic. It was glitchy and buggy and running slower than it should have been in the first place. This driver is a fix to get performance from abnormally low to neutral.
