Darth Bane Dark Lord of the Sith
It doesn't really sound all that worthy of an upgrade. But I guess people using the beta flash will be very happy.
-
I know what you mean. It looks like Nvidia are pushing the flash HD angle and ironing out the bugs. I was so excited when I saw a new driver so soon (thought it might be improved and provide some fixes). What a let down Nvidia. I posted too soon before reading the fixes/changes.
-
can someone plz post benchmarks about it and how their temperatures are with this driver?
-
BUMP!!!!!!! Need this info urgently!
-
Yes the latest drivers by Nvidia seem to be as stable as poop. I advise the 186 drivers as they are still the most stable and reliable. I tried the beta and my gaming experience was beyond horrible. (not worthy of benching at this point)
-
186.81 all the way.
-
Agreed also worthy of benching.

Forceware 186.82 WHQL FTW!
Forceware 186.81 WHQL FTW!
Forceware 19X.XX WHQL always gave me brightness control problem as well as it's performance was not good too(some were quite OK but some were terrible). -
I ran all benchmarks with a clean install. Running Resident Evil 5 fixed benchmark
195.61- 19.6 FPS
DOX 185.85 22.2
195.81- 22.4 FPS -
This sounds good but after all the problems I got to get Mass Effect to run on beta drivers I decided to stick with whql...
-
what about heat compared to 186.81 drivers?
-
I'm going back to 186.81...I haven't been able to get audio to work through HDMI with the 195 drivers.
-
Cool! I am going to try this out, thanks for the information!
